Frank Candy's career includes twelve years in human resources, labor relations, sales, training and engineering with Consolidated Rail Corporation. Frank has owned several businesses and consulted in hundreds more.

His favorite endevors are helping people work through change and turning around failing businesses. For fun and challenge he bought, operated and sold a bar, a bakery and a bike shop. Frank spent six years as a program coordinator and instructor with the International Wilderness Experience School.
