Frank's experience with virtual presentations goes back to 1986 when he was asked to make a presentation to NASA administrators, doctors, project leaders, and engineers.
(That was so long ago it was in black and white!)
We used NASA satellites for the feeds broadcasting from the Kennedy Space Center to:
The NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC
The NASA Neil A. Armstrong, Flight Research Center at Edwards Air Force Base in California
The Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, TX.
Frank recalled, "I spoke passionately for just six minutes. I told one inspired and relevant story that was well-received. Then then I was grilled with questions for nine minutes. It was the longest two hours of my life! The end result was we were awarded the contract."
Since then Frank and his team have delivered countless virtual presentations and training sessions on many platforms and trained thousands of people to communicate and enjoy the virtual experience.
Frank had a tough assignment, we had 350 people live in the dining room at our training facility, and another 300 that we broadcasted to at our headquarters downtown. He engaged everyone quickly made it interactive and was relevant for all the attendees. Frank scored all 10's on the evaluations, and he was a real pro to work with.

Over the years the best advice has been:
Know your audience,
be prepared, be confident,
be concise, keep it short
and make eye contact with the camera.

Every Bold Leader has toolkits they rely on to get the job done, and as we said at NASA, "We move forward". The mindsets for a virtual presentation include the camera angle choices, proper lighting, filters, audio controls, timing, and the skill of talking to hundreds or thousands, just like you are talking to one dear friend. It requires focus, situational awareness, practice, and when it comes to the questions from the audience, you must be quick, sharp, and genuine. - Frank Candy

Frank and the team are fantastic. They listened carefully to us and asked very good questions. Their assessment was spot on and they provided a customized plan for us. They offered choices for us to move forward inclusively, and everyone was inspired to go forward. This was the best investment we ever made. - J. Baker
